Partagas Mille Fleurs Review:

I've smoked about twenty of these, all from the duty-free store in Amsterdam (Schiphol) airport. They're extremely good value for money. They smoke just like a MC No.4, just not as flavourful. They're much lighter, but still have a lot of taste. I've never had a bad one yet! (Review by Barry McWilliams)

FEB 12 USE FEB12 Now hitting their stride, Colorado wrapper, excellent construction even burn. Strength 4/5. Rich tobacco taste, not terribly complex, but quite enjoyable. As an aside to the previous reviewer, this is a second tier cigar, unlike the Shorts, which is are first tier cigar with a higher quality of tobacco. The Miile Fleurs were originally machine made, until the antique cigar rolling machines were finally retiired from service in 2002 I imagine that the Cuban officials realized that the cost of labor was less than the expense of keeping the old machines repaired. In any case, the same grade of tobacco has been maintained, which explains the lower price. Still, these smokes are great value for the money, and to my taste highly satisfying. I even have a good stock of various old machine mades in cellophane, which may be rough but remain flavorful even after 25+ years. - Submitted by RonSigler on September 18, 2023

When it comes to the Partagas budget vitolas, these are better than Super but not quite as good as Shorts. Having said that, the extra price on the Shorts for a smaller cigar probably isn't worth the premium when these can be had so cheap. --- 14 Last year I smoked them almost daily. They were very good and tasty. I do not remember construction problems, but it was probably. About 130 pcs left, selection and best boxes. These have a dark cover sheet, oily. They are very aromatic, spicy,intense flavour taste. Prelight is a sweet toasty tobacco. They are, in my opinion, medium and medium.
