Review #161: --- 08 After reading the good reviews on this stick, I decided to give this a shot. Unfortunately, I was not too impressed. The draw was airy and the flavours were mulled, sort of diluted. The burn was uneven with a noticeable cavity in the filler but it corrected itself around the tail end of the second third. Straightforward earthiness with tobacco in a rich, thick smoke. Some sweet honey notes, woody tones but not much else. Perhaps the poor construction caused these issues. I would probably try again but will be more wary to choose one that is perhaps better filled. - Submitted by sengjc on October 29, 2010

Review #160: ---   Great cigar with a nice draw. With all cigars the smoker should take slow draws, and keep the cigar more in the hand than the mouth to just enjoy the tobacco. Puff on these a cigar too much and they'll tar up and sour. Bolivar Royal Corona is a cigar that needs to be smoked slowly. Chocolaty with some short bursts of orange. Bolivar, always my favourite. - Submitted by Marcel Z on October 11, 2010

Review #159: NOV   I have just bought a box of these, made in Nov 09. They come in a standard flat wooden box and every one is slightly squared off, indicating that the packaging is a little on the small side. I prefer the Cohiba Robustos bundle in wooden box method. I have smoked two now and each had a good draw. Taste was excellent and they smoked easily down to the last 20%. Both had a tendency to a lopsided burn which was annoying, I hope others are better. For taste, almost as good as a Partagas SD4 or Cohiba Robustos, a good alternative. - Submitted by Nigel Moxley on April 13, 2010

- Submitted by ilijat on February 26, 2010

- Submitted by jorjis on November 29, 2009
