Review #276: AUG   An oily robusto with complex flavours. Nice wrapper, tight construction. And i completly agree with #272. Take your time to enjoy it. Same flavours to me. - Submitted by Gustavo on August 14, 2010

Review #275: OCT 07 I have only recently decided to take some time and do a review once in a while as I felt it would be beneficial to share my opinion. My smoking preference is clearly Cuban Robusto and I generally prefer them medium to strong. I have smoked only half a dozen PSD4s recently and each one was exactly the same profile across boxes dating from 07 to 08. The appearance was perfect and consistent for each cigar smoked. A "toasty" earthy powerful cigar, somewhat harsh at times. The draw and burn however were perfect, flavour was typical of Partagas. Although enjoyable for the first two thirds, these smokes in my opinion are overrated, probably due to my preference for a medium cigar. The nicotine hit in the final third can be quite disturbing. I far prefer the complexity of a RASS or a RyJ Short Churchill but none the less it's a fine cigar which I might smoke from time to time in the future, especially if they are gifted. - Submitted by LtCdrRMD on June 6, 2010

Review #274: OCT 08 A classic robusto that always has me back for more. I bought an 08 box on recommendation and they are smoking wonderfully with excellent construction. Needs more time really as these cigars have plenty of legs, but right now, at such a young age, they are already delicious, rich, creamy and fantastic. - Submitted by A. Dyer on May 13, 2010

Review #273: ---   Lit my year aged PSD4 and took a nice swath of leather on my tongue. A fine cigar. I have said before that the Partagas line never astound me, yet I feel this size is quite tasty. The middle levels into a typical creamy spiciness. The final third begins to grow into a bitter chocolate. - Submitted by Marcel Z on May 11, 2010

Review #272: ---   A real winner. Deserves its good reputation. This is the strongest cigar in humidor. It demands I go slow and savour the richness, otherwise it gives me a tobacco buzz like no other cigar. Expect to taste cedar, leather, raisins, white pepper, roasted nuts and grape skin. A fine bold red wine of a cigar that will leave a nice dry tartness on your palate. I haven't had a bad one yet. They've all burned perfectly and made lots of white ash and creamy smoke. - Submitted by bundwallah on April 12, 2010
